Use of the R Shiny Apps

If you use the ZPID Shiny Apps at https://apps.leibniz-psychology.org/, this is done on the basis of the consent you give when you request to complete the forms. The data is processed for the purpose of completing the forms.

We collect and process the following data while using the app:

• First and surname
• ORCID ID

Criteria for the storage period

Your data will be deleted after the end of the respective purpose, provided that there are no retention obligations. Beyond the information you enter, your anonymised IP address, your User-Agent, and the URL path will be processed while you use the app and then deleted.

Your rights as a data subject

You have the right of access (pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR), as well as the right to data portability (pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR) and the right to object (pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR).
